Can I manage several stylists with their own calendars?
Yes. Each stylist has their own services and hours, and you see everything together in one calendar.
Can I add processing time after a colour?
Yes. Set a buffer per service, for example 15 minutes after colour, so nothing gets booked straight after.
Can clients reschedule or cancel themselves?
Yes, via the link in their confirmation, within the rules you set. No more phone calls for that.
How does the free trial work?
Try Pro or Business free for 14 days, no credit card needed. If you don't add a payment method, you're moved back to Free after the trial. You won't lose anything.
Do I need a credit card?
No. Free stays free, and the trial starts without a card too. You can pay with iDEAL or card.
What are the transaction fees?
When clients pay online we keep a small percentage: 2% on Free, 1% on Pro and 0.5% on Business, on top of the normal payment method costs through Stripe. When clients pay in person, there's nothing extra.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, with one click in your subscription. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
