Frequently asked questions
Can I offer extensions and refills separately?
Yes. Each treatment is its own service with its own duration and price, so a refill doesn't block the time of a full set.
How do clients remember their refill?
They get a reminder before the appointment. Next time, they pick the same treatment again in one tap.
Can I ask for a deposit?
Yes, on Pro. A deposit via iDEAL or Apple Pay makes no-shows much rarer.
How does the free trial work?
Try Pro or Business free for 14 days, no credit card needed. If you don't add a payment method, you're moved back to Free after the trial. You won't lose anything.
Do I need a credit card?
No. Free stays free, and the trial starts without a card too. You can pay with iDEAL or card.
What are the transaction fees?
When clients pay online we keep a small percentage: 2% on Free, 1% on Pro and 0.5% on Business, on top of the normal payment method costs through Stripe. When clients pay in person, there's nothing extra.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, with one click in your subscription. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
