Frequently asked questions

Can I ask for a deposit for long treatments?

Yes. On Pro you set a deposit per service, for example for a new set. Clients pay with iDEAL, Bancontact or Apple Pay.

Can I offer fills and new sets separately?

Yes. Each treatment is its own service with its own duration and price, and you can pin popular ones to the top.

Can I show photos of my work?

Yes. On Pro you add a cover photo and a gallery to your booking page, so clients see your style before booking.

How does the free trial work?

Try Pro or Business free for 14 days, no credit card needed. If you don't add a payment method, you're moved back to Free after the trial. You won't lose anything.

Do I need a credit card?

No. Free stays free, and the trial starts without a card too. You can pay with iDEAL or card.

What are the transaction fees?

When clients pay online we keep a small percentage: 2% on Free, 1% on Pro and 0.5% on Business, on top of the normal payment method costs through Stripe. When clients pay in person, there's nothing extra.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, with one click in your subscription. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
