Frequently asked questions
Can I sell packs of several sessions?
Yes. Sell, for example, a 10-session pack. Clients pay upfront and then book their sessions themselves.
Does it work if I train at different locations?
Yes. Put the location in the service or your profile so clients know where to go.
Can clients keep rebooking the same session?
Yes. Clients see 'Same as last time?' and pick the same session again in one tap.
How does the free trial work?
Try Pro or Business free for 14 days, no credit card needed. If you don't add a payment method, you're moved back to Free after the trial. You won't lose anything.
Do I need a credit card?
No. Free stays free, and the trial starts without a card too. You can pay with iDEAL or card.
What are the transaction fees?
When clients pay online we keep a small percentage: 2% on Free, 1% on Pro and 0.5% on Business, on top of the normal payment method costs through Stripe. When clients pay in person, there's nothing extra.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, with one click in your subscription. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
