Does it suit a practice with several practitioners?
Yes. Each practitioner has their own hours and treatments; you see everything in one calendar.
How do you handle my clients' data?
We work with a data processing agreement and a public list of sub-processors; you'll find both at the bottom of the site.
Can clients reschedule themselves?
Yes, via the link in their confirmation and within the notice period you set.
How does the free trial work?
Try Pro or Business free for 14 days, no credit card needed. If you don't add a payment method, you're moved back to Free after the trial. You won't lose anything.
Do I need a credit card?
No. Free stays free, and the trial starts without a card too. You can pay with iDEAL or card.
What are the transaction fees?
When clients pay online we keep a small percentage: 2% on Free, 1% on Pro and 0.5% on Business, on top of the normal payment method costs through Stripe. When clients pay in person, there's nothing extra.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, with one click in your subscription. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
